Star Atlas Land Sale Begins December 20th

Star Atlas Land Pre-Sale

The Star Atlas metaverse will begin its very first land sale on Dec 20th. Land plot pricing ranges from $80 to $2 Million dollars for the highest tiered land. Metaverse land sales are hugely popular, even for non traditional entrants into the metaverse gaming space. Land sales have been popularized by games like The Sandbox, where artist Snoop Dogg purchased a $250,000 land plot to build a digital mansion.

Star Atlas will sell the first 10% of total land supply on Dec 20th. Total land plot supply is fixed for the lifetime of the metaverse meaning land scarcity will come into play over time.

These initial land plots are located one of the three Central Space Stations located in the game. These space stations are designed to be the central hub of social activity in the Star Atlas metaverse. Players who acquire property on these stations will be able to live inside these seats of power and become part of an exclusive community.

Individuals that acquire land during this sale will be entitled to be part of a VIP priority-access listing on the sale of commercial land in the future. Commercial land will differ from residential land by giving owners additional access to business options in the game.

Player habitats, or housing, will also come with the purchase of Star Atlas land. In the future, habitat housing will have to be constructed in addition to purchasing the land.

Buyers will receive a group of ships matching their plot selection. These ships will be able to dock on private landing pads that accompany certain land plots.

Lastly, all participants will receive a commemorative NFT.

Base Tier — $80

Base Tier habitation costs $80 before discount and has a total fixed supply of 123,000 units with 41,000 going to each faction. Base Tier habitations will exist as apartments under the main levels of the space station in specific instanced player housing.

This will be your home inside the station, and you will be able to fill it with furniture and decorations in predetermined spots, with a choice of interior paint, while also storing your personal cargo and crafting your basic resources.

Tier 1 Land — $1,610

A Tier 1 land plot will cost $1,610, and comes with a total fixed supply of 4,704 units with 1,568 going to each faction. These land plots will be the lowest tier plots that are built on the surface of the Central Space Stations in the outer residential neighborhoods.

Tier 1 plots are sizeable enough to allow to player to co-habitate and store their player equipment

Tier 1 land is also the first tier to come with a personal landing pad.

Tier 2 Land — $9,300

The Tier 2 land plot will cost $9,300 and comes with a total supply of 1,020 units with 340 units per faction. The Tier 2 land is for more sophisticated buyers looking to live in the medium zone of Central Space Stations

These properties allow for a group of four space explorers to live on its premises.

The palaces of Tier 3 lands are able to house the crew of two large ships, or 12 people. These plots are ideal for small organizations or guilds

Tier 3 Land is the first tier to come with a pet house.
